Lymm Carols from the Cross

Starting out as a few friends singing at The Cross in the centre of the village, Carols from The Cross is now a major event in Lymm’s festival calendar. With several thousand residents singing their hearts out, make Carols from The Cross part of your Christmas calendar.

Carols from the Cross 2023 was held on Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th December. The ramp up to the carols started at 6pm, with the main Carols starting at 7pm. The main stage was hosted just by the lower dam and thousands of people came, spreading out both directions on Eagle Brow and into the Cross, despite the rain. 2023’s song line up included a mix of both traditional carols and popular Christmas pop songs.

The event is organised by Lymm Parish Council. It is made possible by a team of volunteers who help in many different ways, from marshalling to cleaning up after the event, and is hosted by Cheshire’s Mix 56 Radio.

The 2023 event was sponsored by E Smith and Son Plant Centre. at The Nurseries, Booths Lane, Lymm, WA13 0PF. Their website is https://www.esmithandson.com/.

We look forward to seeing you all again for Carols from the Cross 2024.
